  1. 1 cupUncooked yellow rice ( or whatever you prefer )
  2. 2 1/4 cupWater ( may vary by rice type )
  3. 1 canBlack Beans ( or use fresh!! )
  4. 1 canKidney Beans ( or fresh!! )
  5. 1 canDiced Tomatoes
  6. 1 canSweet Corn
  7. 1 eachDiced Onion
  8. 1 canSweet Peas
  9. 1 eachDiced Carrots
  10. 1 eachGreen Bell Pepper
  11. 1 eachDiced Celery
  12. Light Adobo, black pepper, paprika, sea salt

    Add everything in a big pot and cook until rice is tender! ( My yellow rice to about 35-40 minutes )

  2. 2

    * Fresh Ingredients are ALWAYS best! But canned or frozen are good substitutes as well!
