Ingredients

  1. start
  2. 1 cancreamed corn
  3. 1/2 cupsugar
  4. 4 tbspflour
  5. 3 largeeggs
  6. 1 1/4 cupwhole milk
  7. 1/2 tspwhite pepper
  8. 3 dashhot sauce / this is optional
  9. 1/4 cupplus 2 tablespoons unsalted butter / melted
  10. 8 ozfrozen corn, thawed or 8 ounces of fresh corn cut off the cob.
  11. 3 tspsalt

Cooking Instructions

    Preheat oven to 350°F.

    Mix all ingredients together except thawed or fresh corn.

  3. 3

    Now just incorporate the thawed corn or fresh corn into mixture.

  4. 4

    Grease with softened butter a 1 1/2 quart baking dish.

  5. 5

    Place in mixture and bake for 40- 50 minutes. Insert a toothpick in middle and see if it comes out clean.

    *****optional serving suggestions.top with grated cheddar and a dollup of sour cream, or for a southwest flair top with a bit of salsa.
