I never seems to find time to sit down and have breakfast in the morning so this is something that I can have while I drive to work, that way I don't feel like I'm wasting time and yeah don't miss breakfast.

  2. 1 tbspOatmeal
  3. 1 tspBenefiber
  4. 1/2 cupOf your favorite yogurt
  5. 1/2 tspWheat germ
  6. 2 tbspOrange powder
  7. 1as needed Milk

Cooking Instructions

    Mix all ingredients in a blender and blend well. Done cooking:)
