Ingredients

2 lbsgolden potatoes
1 cupmayo
2 tablespoonlemon juice
2 tablespoonwhite wine vinegar
1 teaspoonpepper
2 teaspoonsalt
3 tablespoonred onion
3 tablespoonchives
2 tablespoonfresh tarragon leaves
2 tablespoonfresh dill

Steps

Boil potatoes until soft and peal potatoe skins off.

Mix all ingredients with food processor.

Gently toss mixed ingredients into potatoes and serve warm.
