Need a drink to give me a boost of energy before and after my workout sessions at the gym.

Ingredients

  1. 2 tbsppeanut butter
  2. 2different flavors of yogurt (i used activia strawberry and peach)
  3. 2 tbspcondensed milk (optional you can use honey)
  4. 1 tbspvanilla essence
  5. 1bottle of smalta
  6. 3 cupnestle vanilla flavour supligen
  7. 2 cupgatorade(any flavour)
  8. 2 tbspflax seed
  9. 1/2 cupfreshly squeezed orange juice
  10. 6half ripe to ripe mangoes ( i used julie and dodos )

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Blend all ingredients.

  2. 2

    Chill and enjoy before or after workout exercise.
