Ingredients

  • 5 lbHam: cook and shred
  • 9 largePotatoes: peeled and cut into bite size pieces
  • 3 lbStringbeans: canned or fresh, may use more if you wish
  • 1 largeonion: diced
  • 1Salt
  • 1Fresh ground pepper
  • 1garlic powder: couple of dashes

Steps

  1. 1

    Add ham, potatoes, onions, stringbeans and s/p and garlic powder. Simmer till pototoes are fully cooked.

  2. 2

    Serve with french bread and enjoy!!

    This makes 2 large pots. I love to have leftovers.
