About 20 years ago, I rescued a stranded family and they invited me back to their cabin for dinner. They had been marinating pork loin chops for 3 days and they grilled them up. They were the best I ever had. It was a family secret recipe but since I saved them they shared it with me. Shh don't tell anyone ☺ A friend uses this for his community BBQ contest and has won 4 years in a row.

  8. 2 tbspMinced garlic

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

Put all ingredients into a blender and blend well. Marinate meat (beef, pork, chicken) at least overnight. I use Zilploc bags to make clean up easy. If you want it hotter use a habanero or add more jalapeños but after you've blended everything.
