  • Dinner
  • 1 lbGround beef
  • 2 3/4 cupwater
  • 1/3 cupketchup
  • 1 tsponion powder
  • 2 cupmacaroni uncooked
  • 8 ozVelveeta cheese, cut into 1/2 cubes

Steps

  1. 1

    Brown meat in large skillet; drain.

  2. 2

    Add water, ketchup and onion powder; mix well.

  3. 3

    Stir in macaroni; cover.

  4. 4

    Simmer on medium-low heat 8 to 10 min. or until macaroni is tender, stirring occasionally.

  5. 5

    Stir in VELVEETA; cook until melted, stirring occasionally.
