Custard Seviyan

In a pan heat ghee and saute for 5minutes almonds and cashew.

Add sieve to it and fry it for 4 to 5minutes and once it is done add milk to it. Let it boil.

In other small bowl add 2tsps of custard powder and add 3 to 4 tsp of water to make it liquid consistency.

Once milk is boiled add this custard mix to it and stir well.

Add sugar to it, stir well.Let it cook well.

That's all hot hot custard sieve is ready.
