Boil water, add rice and 1 tbs butter, reduce heat to simmer, stir occasionally. simmer for 15 minutes. meanwhile fry diced sausage along with minced garlic.. Once rice is done add other tbs butter and fluff. Let rest 4 mins. Combine rice and suasage and add hot sauce to taste. Enjoy
