Pan seared cod with homemade chorizo
Can't go wrong with fish and sausage.
Cooking Instructions

Mix all chorizo ingredients in a bowl.

Heat pan on medium. Cook sausage. Then remove from pan.
- 3
Turn heat up medium high. Season both sides of fish. Add oil to pan (if needed). Add fish to pan.
- 4
Flip fish after 2 minutes. Cook for another two minutes.
- 5
Remove fish and let rest. Coat tomatoes with oil. Add tomatoes to pan and turn heat down to medium low. Cook for 1 mintue.
