  1. Fish
  2. 2cod fillets
  3. 2 tbspolive oil
  4. 1 tspsalt
  5. 1/4 tspwhite pepper
  6. Chorizo
  7. 1 lbhot italian sausage, ground
  8. 1 bunchflat parsley, chopped
  9. 1/4 cupcider vinegar
  10. 1 tspsalt
  11. 1/2 tsponion powder
  12. 1/2 tspgarlic powder
  13. 1 tbsppaprika
  14. 1/4 tspred pepper
  15. 1 tspcumin
  16. 1/2 tspcorriander, ground
  17. 2 clovegarlic, minced
  18. Garnish
  19. 6cherry tomatoes, halved
  20. 2 tspolive oil

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix all chorizo ingredients in a bowl.

  2. 2

    Heat pan on medium. Cook sausage. Then remove from pan.

  3. 3

    Turn heat up medium high. Season both sides of fish. Add oil to pan (if needed). Add fish to pan.

  4. 4

    Flip fish after 2 minutes. Cook for another two minutes.

  5. 5

    Remove fish and let rest. Coat tomatoes with oil. Add tomatoes to pan and turn heat down to medium low. Cook for 1 mintue.
