In a large vessel take flour add salt, pepper powder and ajwain. Mix well.

Add malai and rub flour properly till gets smooth texture.

Knead dough with water. Cover it with dampen cloth for 15 - 20 mins.

Now make balls and roll it very thin. Apply oil and dust some flour on it and roll it again.

Now cut into small roundels and roll very little. Try to make it all.

Now deep fry on medium heat till golden brown colour.

Store it in airtight container. Enjoy at tea / coffee time. Good for kids tiffin too in emergency 😃
