This is a long fish with a hard head found in lake victoria. It's very nutritious and those who have tasted it can a test to this fact. It has to be boiled very well for a good taste. I can do it anytime.

This is a long fish with a hard head found in lake victoria. It's very nutritious and those who have tasted it can a test to this fact. It has to be boiled very well for a good taste. I can do it anytime.
Steps

Wash the tomatoes, onions,green paper,coriander and cut.

Put a clean cooking pot on fire and add oil. Allow to heat

Add green paper and onions and allow to fry till the onions turns golden brown

Grate ginger and add and stir

Add tomatoes and salt,roycco(mixed in a little) and stir. Cover for few seconds to make the tomatoes soft.

Add water and allow to boil then add the pieces of the cut fish

Cover and allow to boil for about 20 mins

Add coriander and allow to steam.

Fry the greens(terere,managu and spinach)

Cook ugali

Serve the dish and enjoy as I always do.
