Baked Hot Garlic Wings!

I love Hot Wings so decided to learn how to cook it myself!

Ingredients

  1. 1 cupall purpose flour
  2. 1 1/2 tbspcornstarch
  3. 1 1/2 tbspcayenne pepper
  4. 1 1/2 tbspchili powder
  5. 1 tbspgarlic powder
  6. 1/2 tbspsalt
  7. 1 1/2 tbspbrown sugar
  8. 20-25 pieceswings
  9. 3/4 cupmelted butter
  10. 3/4 cupLouisiana Hot Sauce

Cooking Instructions

    Take a baking sheet and spray with cooking spray or grease

  2. 2

    Boil chicken wings for 15 minutes then drain and set aside to cook off

  3. 3

    Place flour, cornstarch, cayenne pepper, chili powder, garlic powder, salt, & brown sugar into resealable plastic bag and shake to mix

  4. 4

    Once wings is cool add mixture, seal the bag and toss until well coated with flour mixture

  5. 5

    Preheat oven to 400 degrees

    Take a bowl and whisk hot sauce and butter together

  7. 7

    Take wings out of flour mixture and dip in the hot sauce/butter mixture

  8. 8

    Place wings in the baking sheet

  9. 9

    Place baking sheet with wings in the preheated oven

  10. 10

    Set timer for 45 minutes and bake until chicken is no longer pink in the center and crispy on the outside

  11. 11

    Turn the wings over halfway during cooking so they cook evenly

  12. 12

    Dip in ranch or ur favorite sauce! Serve hot and enjoy!
