Ingredients

1 largechuck roast
1onion
4potatoes
1 bunchbaby carrots
2 canlowfat cream of mushroom soup
3beef boulion cubes
garlic powder onion power salt and pepper

Steps

Trim excess fat from roast

Combine boulion, spices, soup and 2 cups hot water and combine until everything is fully incorporated

Slice onion and potatoes roughly the same size
4

Put everything in your crockpot and cook 6-8 hours on low
