Pre heat oven 10 minutes with 200°C

Take a pan with medium heat.

Melt butter, add chopped garlic and cook the sausage.

Add steam rice and scrambled egg. Add some salt and ground black pepper. Mix it well.

Put a half of fried rice in the bowl. Add some sliced mozzarella cheese. Put fried rice again and sliced mozzarella cheese over the rice.

Bake the rice for 10-15 minutes until the cheese melt and have brown color. Ready to serve!
