  • 1 packagesshredded cheese
  • 1 packagesthick cut bacon

  1. 1

    Core out jalapeños and stuff with cheese....

  2. 2

    Wrap one piece of bacon around each stuffed jalapeño... use tooth pick to hold bacon. ..

  3. 3

    Can use oven at 350 for an hour or until jalapeño becomes soft.....

  4. 4

    I smoked them at 250 for 2.5 hours. ..

What is that lovely apparatus you cooked those in to stand them up? Genius, so the bacon cooks properly! I must have this!! 😂
