One pot complete meal.

My mom used to make this for me and my brother and our friends. She still makes it. I took it from her to make for my husband and I, its a quick easy meal to make, when we have kids over I get them in the kitchen to help me make it.

Got this from my mother, not sure where she got it from but it’s definitely good stuff. I doubled the recipe for Easter, worked out well but had to increase time by about an hour.

I was given this recipe from a good friend of mine, and teaching colleague April Bieri. I was in charge of taking corn to Thanksgiving, and I thought this was a bland idea. In discussion with April she shared this amazing recipe to replace boring ol' corn. My dish was hit and the pan was empty.

My mom used to whip this up in a pinch on a weeknight when a bunch of friends would stop by. Dont let the look of it fool you, super cheap and easy fix for a delicious and fast dinner!
