Mandazi
I love mandazi. They are best eaten with tea
Steps

Into a kneading bowl put flour, sugar, salt and baking powder. Mix them

Add in eggs and stir. Then add warm water and knead. Knead well enough to get a soft dough.

Allow to rest for about for about 20 minutes. After 20 minutes flatten in a flat surface.

Then cut using a knife to get the desired shape and size.

Fry oil in a deep pan. Then start frying the mandazis until golden brown. Dry them in a paper towel. Then serve.
