  • 1 headcauliflower
  • 100 gramsbutter
  • salt and pepper
  • 50 gramsgrated cheddar cheese (optional)
  • 50 gramscream cheese (optional)

Steps

  1. 1

    Boil the cauliflower until very soft.

  2. 2

    Strain for 3-4 minutes to make sure all the extra moisture is out.

  3. 3

    Place in a blender with the butter, cheese, salt and pepper. Blend until smooth.
