Ingredients

  1. 1 can15 oz. sliced pears packed in 100% juice
  2. 1 tbspNo hydrogenated oils margarine. I like the yogurt based kind. brummels&brown is the brand I use
  3. 1 tspground cinnamon
  4. 2 tbsphoney
  5. 1/2 tspvanilla extract
  6. 2 tbsplow fat plain yogurt
  7. 2 tspsplenda or sugar replacement of your choice
  8. 1 tbspLemon juice

Cooking Instructions

    Drain pears and mix the pears with the lemon juice in a small bowl. Set aside

  2. 2

    Melt margarine over medium heat in a skillet. Stir in vanilla and honey.

  3. 3

    Add pears and stir until coated. Sprinkle with the cinnamon.

  4. 4

    Cover and cook for 2-4 minutes

  5. 5

    Pour into two bowls and garnish with splenda, yogurt, and another sprinkle of cinnamon.
