Ingredients

20 minutes
2 servings
  1. 1 cupsweet corn (semi crushed)
  2. 2 tblspoon ghee
  3. 1 cupkhoya
  4. 1 cupmilk
  5. 1/2 cupsugar (according to your taste)
  6. 1 tsp suji
  7. 3-4 strandsKesar (dissolved in Lukewarm milk)
  8. 1 tsp Elaichi powder

Steps

20 minutes
  1. 1

    Ek pan me ghee garam karein corn dal kar 5-10 minutes bhune.

  2. 2

    Suji add karein usko golden colour hone tak bhune. Fir milk & sugar dale hilate rahe.

  3. 3

    Thoda dry ho jaye to khoya Dale or 5-10 minutes tak slow par bhune.

  4. 4

    Ghee upar a jaye to gas band kar de. Golden delight is ready to taste.
