In a small bowl, add in ur warm water and active yeast, mix it together and set aside. Then peel off d back of ur plantains and cut it into smaller pieces, mash with a fork and set aside. In another bowl, sieve ur plain flour and salt, add in ur mixed yeast and mix thoroughly, add in ur mashed plantain and mix until well incorporated (your dough should not be too think and not too watery either) use a foil to cover it, & leave to rest in a warm place for 10-15mins,add in ur finely chopped

Habareno pepper and mix together, add veg oil for deep frying and scope with ur hand, fry until golden brown(heat d oil bt nt over hot, to know if the oil is hot enough, scope a little of d dough in d oil, if it bounce up in few seconds then d oil is hot enough) and serve with juice, pap or tea
