Ingredients

  • 1/2 kgtenderloin or sirloin beef
  • 1 cancream of mushroom
  • 1 cupwater
  • 1 canbutton mushroom (slice)
  • 1/3 cuplight soy sauce
  • 1/2 stickunsalted butter
  • 1 pinchof ground pepper
  • 2 cupwater (enough to cover the beef)

Steps

  1. 1

    Using unsalted butter fry beef in medium heat. Do not over fry it. Add 2 cups of water and light sauce. Simmer until beef tender.Sprinkle with ground pepper.

  2. 2

    In a bowl mix cream of mushroom with 1 can of water. Stir until no lumps seen. Set aside.

  3. 3

    Pour cream of mushroom when beef is tender. Simmer until sauce thicken. Add the button mushroom. Adjust the taste when needed. Have a nice meal:))).

okay....so you made lengua without any lengua at all plus butter plus canned soup and now it's actually poor man's stroganoff without noodles, is this what I'm reading?
