Steps

Remove the stems & wash spinach thoroughly in running water. Blanch in salted boiling water for two minutes.

Refresh in chilled water. Squeeze out excess water. Finely chopped them.& make onion, ginger- garlic & green chillies paste.

Heat a pan,put oil add cumin seeds,onion, ginger- garlic & green chillies paste.saute them well.

When they begin to change colour, add salt,turmeric,red chilli powder,asafoetida and cinnamon powder.....& sauté for 2 minutes.

Now add tomatoes now.saute them until oil separates from it.

Check the tomatoes puree gravy.

Add the spinach & water if required and stir for 7-8 mins. Check seasoning.

Finally add paneer pieces.& fresh cream.nowoff the flame.

Palak paneer is ready to serve.
