Fed up of preservatives & high calories in pre made sauce & having to throw away half. Its expensive, so I came up with this & its just right.

Fed up of preservatives & high calories in pre made sauce & having to throw away half. Its expensive, so I came up with this & its just right.
Steps

In a jug weigh the following and mix so smooth.

Put the spaghetti on as per instructions

In a wok or frying pan, add the oil, then when heated add the mince & lardons & brown. When brown add the mushrooms, onion & chopped garlic & fry until cooked.

When the mushrooms are nearly cooked pour in the tomato mix & put on low to heat through & cook until mushrooms & spaghetti are cooked.

Drain spaghetti & put onto a plate, pour bolognaisse over & enjoy. Can add grated cheese if preferred.
