  • 100 gramsMinced beef I used Aldi Premium Lean Steak Mince 191 cals
  • 30 gramsBacon bits/pancetta/bacon lardons or bacon cut up. your choice. i used lardons 77 cals
  • 43 gramsonion, chopped i used red 18 cals
  • 100 gramsmushrooms i used tesco lancashire baby button 13 cals
  • 75 gramsspaghetti your choice i used cook italian 270 cals
  • 4 gramsraw chopped garlic 6 cals
  • 20 gramsdouble concentrate tomato puree i used aldi cucina 16 cals
  • 3 gramscornflour 11 cals
  • 1/4 tsponion granules/ powder
  • 195 gramspasatta i used aldi cucina 48 cals
  • 1/2 tspoil your choice. i used toasted sesame oil 23 cals

Steps

    In a jug weigh the following and mix so smooth.

    Put the spaghetti on as per instructions

    In a wok or frying pan, add the oil, then when heated add the mince & lardons & brown. When brown add the mushrooms, onion & chopped garlic & fry until cooked.

    When the mushrooms are nearly cooked pour in the tomato mix & put on low to heat through & cook until mushrooms & spaghetti are cooked.

    Drain spaghetti & put onto a plate, pour bolognaisse over & enjoy. Can add grated cheese if preferred.
