Ingredients

  1. 3 cupFlour
  2. 2 cupSugar
  3. 3Eggs
  4. 3 cupPeaches, peeled and chopped
  5. 1 cupCanola oil
  6. 2/3 cupPeach juice or milk
  7. 1 tspBaking soda
  8. 2 tspVanilla
  9. 2 tspCinnamon
  10. 1/4 tspNutmeg
  11. 1 cupPecan halves
  12. Icing
  13. 2 cupPowdered sugar
  14. 2 tbspMilk
  15. 1 tspVanilla

Steps

  1. 1

    Preheat oven to 350.

  2. 2

    Grease and flour bundt pan.

  3. 3

    Toss peaches with flour.

  4. 4

    Add remaining ingredients and stir to combine.

  5. 5

    Pour mixture into prepared pan.

  6. 6

    Bake 50-70 min. or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.

  7. 7

    Let cake cool for 15min before removing to a serving plate.

  8. 8

    Mix ingredients for icing and drizzle over cake.
