Ingredients

6 servings
  1. 1/2 packageselbow macaroni
  2. 1 canflaked white tuna
  3. 1avocado
  4. 1/2lime
  5. 2 stickcelery
  6. 1/4Sweet onion
  7. 1/2green bell pepper
  8. fresh dill weed
  9. mayonnaise
  10. dijon mustard
  11. 1water
  12. 1salt
  13. 1ground black pepper

Steps

30 mins
  1. 1

    Cook macaroni as desired, strain and run under cold tap water.

  2. 2

    Chop onions, celery and green pepper

  3. 3

    Mash 1 whole avocado, add the juice of half a lime.

  4. 4

    Mix all ingredients with the pasta. Add as much mayonnaise as needed. Mix in with pasta.

  5. 5

    Add fresh dill, salt and pepper.

  6. 6

    Serve and enjoy!
