Louise's Filipino style beef steak
1 kgflat beef steak (any thin-sliced steak would do)
2 clovegarlic
1/2 cupsoy sauce
1 mediumwhite onion
1 pinchpepper
1small lemon or calamansi
2 tbspoyster sauce

Put oil in a cooking pan, set in medium heat.

Add garlic(minced) and onions(slice thinly into rings). sautee for about 1 minute

Add your beef,oister sauce, pepper, soy sauce and lemon

Let it simmer for 10 min or until beef is fully cooked.

Viola! serve over a cup of rice
