Ingredients

  1. 3 large eggs
  2. 1half a cup of cream cheese
  3. 1 pinchof salt
  4. 1a half of a teaspoon of baking powder
  5. 3 largeeggs

Cooking Instructions

    Separate the egg., with the egg whites in one bowl and the yolks in another.

    Whip the egg whites and the pinch of salt until very stiff.i used a hand mixer.you should be able to turn the bowl over and egg whites should not move.

    Mix the egg yolks and cream cheese together well.then add baking powder. This makes oopsie more bread like.

    Gently fold in the egg whites into the cream cheese mixture. Gently now..

    Put 6 or 8 medium to large oopsie on a baking sheet.about the size of a hamburger bun.

    Bake in middle of oven for 25 minutes at 300. I did 20 minutes. Mine looked good.bake until golden brown.

    You can eat oopsies as bread or as buns for hamburgers or sandwiches. You also can put seeds on them before baking. I used flax seed on some of mine.you could even use these for faux shortcake.just add berries and whipped cream.enjoy!
