Ingredients

  • Bunchif washed cleaned freshly cut managu/mnavu/osuga
  • to tasteSalt
  • 3cubed sliced onions
  • Tui(1 cup of coconut)milk
  • 2 spoonfulcooking oil

Steps

  1. 1

    In a clean sufuria fry the onions till they turn golden brown

  2. 2

    Add the osuga/managu/osuga

  3. 3

    Add the coconut Milk and stir and salt to taste

    Let it simmer for 30 minutes while stirring

  5. 5

    Serve with ugali
