Pan Fried Pork with Grainy Mustard Pan Fried Pork with Grainy Mustard
This tasted great when I slathered mustard in between! The sauce will thicken when you add the flavoring ingredients since the meat is coated with flour. It will also burn easily at that point, so coat the meat briskly with the sauce. This is well seasoned, so adjust to suit your tastes. For 3 servings. Recipe by NO-KA cookpad.japan -
Pan-Fried Pork Loin with Mustard and Shiso Pan-Fried Pork Loin with Mustard and Shiso
I had some grainy mustard left over so I thought up a recipe to use it up.I used sweet & sour pork as a reference to make this sweet and sour dish.Be careful not to let the meat burn. This is a thick sauce, so I recommend serving with fresh vegetables. Recipe by Raby cookpad.japan -
Sautéed Pork with Mirin and Mustard Sautéed Pork with Mirin and Mustard
I love the taste of honey mustard . But, the men in my house do not like the sweetness... so I made it with mirin! It turned into a superb and rich sweetness.Keep an eye on the heat level when sautéing the meat in Step 3. You can make this with chicken, seafood, or vegetables in place of the pork, and it will still taste delicious. For 2 servings. Recipe by Renbasu cookpad.japan -

Mustard Pork Chops Mustard Pork Chops
Don't know where this recipe originated but my mother made this all the time when I was little. My kids swarmed to the table when we made this. You can use pork chops or pork steaks , depending on your personal preference. I prefer the steaks as they are not as "dry" as chops are. I will add photos the next time I make it. Tooljunke -

Pan Fried Ginger Pork with Garlic Mayonnaise Pan Fried Ginger Pork with Garlic Mayonnaise
I was going to make the usual ginger pork, then I realized I was out of ginger. So I used garlic instead. I found the ginger when I was looking for the cabbage though... There was nothing to be done but to add both!If you overcook the mayonnaise sauce, it will become salty. When it's glossy and the mayonnaise is all dissolved, it's done. If it becomes too salty... just eat with mayonnaise. For 3 servings. Recipe by Mirunesan cookpad.japan -
