Ingredients

6 servings
  1. 2 lbthin pork cutlets
  2. 1 cuplite ranch dressing
  3. 3 tbspdijon mustard
  4. 3 cuppretzel crumbs(Shake n Bake has them but I run pretzels through a processor)
  5. 1Cooking spray
  6. 4 tbspbutter
  7. 2 1/2 tbspflour
  8. 1 1/2 cuphalf and half
  9. 3 tbspdijon mustard
  10. 1/2 tsptarragon
  11. 1/4 tsppepper

    Preheat oven to 375

  2. 2

    Mix ranch dressing and Dijon and completely coat all pork.

  3. 3

    dredge in pretzel crumbs and coat.

  4. 4

    Place coated pork on a sprayed cooking sheet and spray top of pork as well. Place in oven and cook for 25-30 min.

  5. 5

    while pork is baking, Melt butter in small sauce pan and then add flour. Whisk for 2 min on low heat.

  6. 6

    Slowly add half and half and Dijon mustard, tarragon and pepper.Continuing to cook on low heat until it thickens.

  7. 7

    Spoon sauce over each pretzel crusted pork cutlet.

  8. 8

    For a sweeter taste you can add 1 Tbsp honey to the cream sauce.
