5medium tomatoes, chopped
1red onion, diced
2to 3 jalapenos minced
4hass avocados, small cubed
1 bunchcilantro, chopped
2 tbspminced garlic
2 tspsalt
1/2 cuporange juice
1/4 cuplemon juice
1/4 cuplime juice
2 lbOregon shrimp meat(comes pre-cooked)

Chop, mince and dice all ingredients that need to be.

Combine everything in a nonreactive dish.

Let all the flavors meld together at leas 4 hours.

Serve on tostadas, tortilla chips or crackers.
