Another fun halloween snack!

Cut a slit down each date lengthwise and remove the seed

Mix some chocolate chips into the nut / seed butter

Fill each date cavity with the mixture

Use some extra dots of peanut butter etc to stick on choc chip eyes. I used an icing pen

Put on a plate or in a bowl and serve as stuffed cockroaches!

Dates are also delicious stuffed with cheesecake filling / sweetened cream cheese. You can coat them in chocolate after stuffing too for added crunch and sweetness. So good!
