Ingredients

  • 2 lbthinly sliced beef roast
  • 3/4 cuplime juice
  • 2 clovecrushed garlic
  • 1salt to taste

Steps

  1. 1

    place all ingredients into a large ziplock bag and let sit in refrigerator for at least 2 hrs turning at least once

  2. 2

    cook it on a bbq grill or indoor grill about 3-4 minutes on each side

  3. 3

    when done cooking, chop into small chunks and serve in heated tortilla with salsa chopped cilantro and chopped onion.
