Ingredients

  1. 6English muffins broken into pieces
  2. 1 1/2 cupfully cooked ham cubed. ( I get 3/4 lb Tavern ham from the deli cut thick)
  3. 1 1/2 cupshredded swiss cheese
  4. 4eggs beaten
  5. 2 cupmilk
  6. 2 tspDijon mustard
  7. 1/2 tspeach salt and pepper
  8. 1/2 tspdried parsley
  9. 1/2 tsponion powder

  1. 1

    In a greased 11x7x2 in pan place 1/2 of the English muffin pieces.

  2. 2

    Sprinkle with half of the ham and half of the cheese. Repeat layer with remaining English muffins,ham and cheese.

  3. 3

    Mix beaten eggs with remaining ingredients and pour over ingredients in pan. Press down to make sure all ingredients are wet.

  4. 4

    Refrigerate overnight or at least 6 hours.

  5. 5

    Bake at 350 uncovered for 35-40 minutes or until knife inserted comes out clean.
