Meanwhile boil water in a pot with salt and hslf glass of red wine and cook the pasta

add heavy cream in the pan

Add the remaining wine to the sauce. The cream will turn into light purple.

Adjust the salt. Drain the pasta and add it to the sauce in the pan.
