Ingredients

4 hours
8 servings
  • filling
  • 2 box8 oz boxes cream cheese
  • 2/3 cupchopped strawberrys
  • 2/3 cupgranulated sugar
  • 1/2 tspvanilla extract
  • 2eggs
  • 1 tbsplime juice
  • 19 inch Gram Cracker pie crust
  • topping

Steps

4 hours
  1. 1

    Mix all ingredients together then place in mixer or blender. Blend well until there are No lumps.

  2. 2

    Pour into Gram cracker pie crust.

  3. 3

    Place in oven at 325°F for 45 minutes remove let cool

  4. 4

    Top with sliced strawberries and place in refrigerator for 3 hours before serving.
