Ingredients

  • 1 lbground beef
  • 1 mediumonion, chopped
  • 1 cloveclove garlic, minced or chopped
  • 1 canCampbells mushroom soup
  • 1 canbeef broth
  • 1/2 tspdried thyme leaves, crushed
  • 1 can(14 1/2oz.) diced tomatoes
  • 1 smallzucchini, sliced
  • 1salt and pepper to taste
  • 1shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 1/2 cupuncooked pasta

  1. 1

    Cook beef, onion and garlic in skillet until browned. Pour off fat.

  2. 2

    Add soup, broth, thyme, tomatoes and zucchini. Heat to a boil. Stir in pasta. Cook over medium heat 20 min. or until done.

  3. 3

    Top with cheese on your plate and enjoy
