Was looking for a different way to prepare my rice and of course by now you know I have an undying love for chicken...😍😋

In a shallow frying pan, heat some vegetable oil and fry your chicken pieces till all nice and brown. Set the pieces aside.

Reduce the oil to one tablespoon. Using the same pan add in your onions and ginger garlic paste...cook until golden brown.

Add in your tomatoes and cook into a nice thick paste...add in your bell pepper and honey. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Add in your chicken pieces and allow to cook in low heat for about 5-8 minutes.

For your rice...heat a tablespoon of butter and add in your diced carrots. Sauté for about 2 minutes. Set aside.

Bring two cup of water to a boil....add in a pinch of salt and a tsp of butter or vegetable oil.

Add in your rice and cook on medium heat till the water has reduced notably. Add in your carrots and diced pineapple give it a stir to mix in to the rice. Reduce the heat to low and cook till the rice is all dried up. Serve hot with your chicken and enjoy.
