Ingredients

25 minutes
4 servings
  • 200 gmslong grain rice
  • 2onions
  • 1broccoli
  • Halfpacket mushrooms
  • 1carrot
  • 1each green, red and yellow capsicum
  • 3spring onions
  • to tasteSalt, pepper & red chilli powder,
  • 2 tspginger garlic paste
  • 1 tspsoya sauce
  • 1 tspvinegar
  • 1 tsptomato sauce
  • 2 tspoil
  • 1 tspjeera powder and cinnamon powder

Steps

25 minutes
  1. 1

    Boil rice till just done.

  2. 2

    Chop all the vegetables. Heat a wok or broad pan. Add 2 tsp oil. Add chopped onion and fry for 5 minutes. Add ginger garlic paste. Fry for 1 minute

  3. 3

    Add all the chopped vegetables reserving greens of the spring onion. Stir fry for 5 minutes. Add salt, pepper, red chilli powder, jeer a powder and cinnamon powder.

  4. 4

    Cover and cook for 5 more minutes. Add boiled rice, soya sauce, vinegar and tomato sauce. Mix lightly. Cover for 2 minutes.

  5. 5

    Switch off the gas and sprinkle greens of spring onion and serve immediately.
