First mix all ingredients together and add water to make soft dough. And then grease it with oil and keep it aside for 1hour.

Then make normal roti and fold it 4times. Then again roll it and repeat same. Then brush one side with water and put that side on tawa.

Once it shows bubbles and golden shade, take it off the tawa on roast it on open flame. The from two sides just squeez it.
