Steps

Sab se pehle ek ghre brtn Mein milk add karein or high flame par ubal aane tak pakayein jab ubal a jaye tb flame medium karein or chlate rahein.

Ab rice flour add karein or slow flame par continue chlate huwe pkne DE.

Gulkand add karein.
- 4
Pan ke ptte ke chote chote tukde Kate or 2-3 tukde dale (jyada na dale swad kdwa ho jayga) pan only aroma ke liye hai.

Slow flame par gadha hone tak pakayein.
- 6
Sugar add karein.
- 7
Cardamom powder add karein or flame se utar le.
- 8
Kheer ko thanda hone DE.
- 9
Rose patels, dry fruits se sjakr kheer ko serve karein.
