  • 200 gMomen Tofu (hard Tofu)
  • 5 cmminced spring onion
  • 1/2 pieceminced cabbage
  • 1 tablespoonbonito flakes
  • 1 tablespoonbaby sardines
  • 1 tablespoonminced shrimp
  • 1 teaspoonsesame
  • 1 teaspoonDashi powder (Japanese fish bouillon powder)
  • 1 tablespoonflour
  • 1 tablespoonegg

Steps

    Drain Tofu
