Ingredients

1 packpork chops
2 cupswater
1 tbsoil
1 tbscaribbean jerk seasoning
I onion diced
2 cupswhite rice
1 cancut green beans

Steps

Put water, oil and porkchops in crock pot and sprinkle with jerk seasoning.

Put crockpot on high for 3 hours.

After 3 hours take out pork and add onions to liquid. Cook for 30 mins.

Turn off crockpot and add rice to crockpot. Put the lid on and let sit for 5 min.

Stir rice. And heat up green beans. Serve with rice on bottom and put pork and beans on top.
