Ingredients

  1. 1/2 cupcranberries sliced in half
  2. 1 cupfreshly squeezed orange juice
  3. 1 tbsphoney
  4. 1 tbspred wine vinegar
  5. 1 tsphoney dijon mustard
  6. 1 pinchrubbed sage
  7. 1/8 tspsalt
  8. 1/8 tspblack pepper
  9. 1/2 mediumyellow onion diced
  10. 1 tbspolive oil

Cooking Instructions

    In a medium sauce pan bring cranberries onion sage and orange juice to a boil. Boil for 7 to 8 minutes

    Remove cranberry mixture from heat. Add honey, salt, vinegar, pepper, mustard and olive oil to blender. Add in cranberry mixture, puree refrigerate and serve.
