At first boil the olives adding 1tea spoon salt and1/2 cup water

Now mash the deseeded olives

Add 1/2cup water and strain the pulp to do away with the skin.

Heat a pan out oil and mustard seed.allow it to crackle.

Pour the olive extract in the Pan and add turmeric powder

Once it started to boil add salt and sugar.

Switch off the heat and allow to cool off

Serve it cool.
