Ingredients

  1. 1chicken breasts
  2. 2kale
  3. 3 clovegarlic
  4. 2scallions or onion
  5. 1basil
  6. 1lemon pepper
  7. 1pasta sauce (chunky)
  8. 2 tbspolive oil
  9. 1recommended cheese (Feta or Parmesan)

Steps

  1. 1

    Dice garlic and scallions

  2. 2

    Cut chicken and kale to bite size

  3. 3

    Add olive oil, garlic, scallions and chicken to high sauce pan and seer. Add basil and lemon pepper to taste.

  4. 4

    Turn down to medium low heat. Add kale and steam until tender.

  5. 5

    Add pasta sauce and cheese of choice. Enjoy!
