1chicken breasts
2kale
3 clovegarlic
2scallions or onion
1basil
1lemon pepper
1pasta sauce (chunky)
2 tbspolive oil
1recommended cheese (Feta or Parmesan)

Dice garlic and scallions
2

Cut chicken and kale to bite size

Add olive oil, garlic, scallions and chicken to high sauce pan and seer. Add basil and lemon pepper to taste.

Turn down to medium low heat. Add kale and steam until tender.

Add pasta sauce and cheese of choice. Enjoy!
