In a pressure cooker heat oil and put chopped onions and cool till light brown in colour.

Add tomato paste and cook for 2 mins.

Add salt, lal mirch powder, haldi, sabzi masala, pinch sugar. Mix well.

Add malai and cook for a min. Now put mushrooms and mutter and mix well.

Now add required amount of water and pressure cook for 3- 4 whistles.

When done garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot with chapatti/ naan/rice.
